2. Nokia 5.1 Plus with 5.86-inch 19:9 display, dual rear cameras, Android 8.1 announced in India, available in September
HMD Global just introduced the Nokia 5.1 Plus along with the Nokia 6.1 Plus in India. Similar to the other Nokia phones, it is an Android One smartphone. It was introduced last month in China as X5 and packs a 5.86-inch HD+ 19:9 aspect ratio 2.5D curved glass display with 84% screen-to-body ratio, is powered by MediaTek Helio P60 12nm processor with 3GB of RAM, runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) OS, which is upgradable to Android P.
3. Samsung Galaxy A8 Star with 6.28-inch FHD+ display, Snapdragon 660, dual rear cameras launching in India soon exclusively on Amazon.
Samsung introduced Galaxy A9 Star smartphone in China in June, later the smartphone was introduced for the global markets as Galaxy A8 Star. Now the company has started teasing the launch of the A8 Star in India, exclusively on Amazon.in. It has has a 6.28-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity display, is powered by Snapdragon 660, has a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a secondary 24-megapixel rear camera. 4.OPPO F9 with 6.3-inch Full HD+ display, dual rear cameras, 16MP front camera announced in India for Rs. 19990
Along with the F9 Pro, OPPO also introduced the F9, a cheaper version in the ‘F series’ in India. It has a 6.3-inch Full HD+ display with Waterdrop Screen with screen-to-body ratio up to 90.8% for a more immersive experience, is powered by Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P60 12nm processor, has 16MP rear camera with LED flash, and secondary 2MP camera, similar to the F9 Pro, but this features a 16-megapixel front camera, packs 4GB of RAM and doesn’t have VOOC Flash charge even though it packs the same 3500mAh battery.
5. Huawei Mate 20 with water-drop notch, triple rear cameras surfaces
It is already known the fact that Huawei is working on Mate 20 series that will be launched later this year. Apart from the flagships, Huawei will introduce the Kirin 980 SoC at the IFA, rumors suggest. The Mate 20 series will include three variants; the Pro model, the Lite version, and the regular Mate 20.
